ACDBE Program

The Central Wisconsin Airport has established an Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation, 49 CFR Part 23. It is the policy of the Airport to ensure that ACDBE as defined in Part 23, have an equal opportunity to receive and participate in concession opportunities.

Central Wisconsin Airport will be implementing an Airport Concessionaire Disadvantage Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Program and Goal for FY23-25.  The purpose of the Program and Goal is to establish a level playing field for the participation of ACDBEs.  It is Central Wisconsin Airport’s intent to invite all interested parties to provide feedback and relevant information to the goal setting process prior to submitting the goal for approval.  If you have information concerning the availability of disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged businesses, the effects of discrimination on opportunities for ACDBEs, and Central Wisconsin Airport’s efforts to establish a level playing field for the participation of ACDBEs, we invite you to call in to 1-937-240-2430 with access code 951122721 on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 between 2:00 and 2:30 PM CT.  At this time, Central Wisconsin Airport will accept comments and questions about the ACDBE Program and Goal setting process.
